Since our founding in 2012, Jones Family Household Services has operated with strong values aimed at understanding and serving client needs. As a law enforcement officer I often saw a lot of homeowners who hired handymen or contractors only to be disappointed in the work and having no recourse but legal action to remedy the problem or paying someone else to fix the mistakes. I started Jones Family Household Services to offer quality, affordable and warranties craftsmanship to homeowners.
